Mark Sanchez has not been the most impressive quarterback in a New York Jets uniform this year, but you have to give him a lot of credit for getting New York to where they currently are today. Sanchez's 16 touchdown passes have been the result of his strong arm strength and his ability to guide the ball into tight spaces very effectively. It also helps that he has a couple of great receivers in Braylon Edwards and Santonio Holmes. Without these two individuals, there is no telling exactly how decrepit the Jets offense would be at this point. When you throw in Dustin Keller, you have a formidable receiving corps that can compete against any secondary in the league. LaDainian Tomlinson and Shonn Greene have split carries pretty well down the middle this year, and Tomlinson is proving that he still has plenty left in the tank to get his elusive Super Bowl ring that he so desperately seeks. The Jets, unfortunately, just do not have enough firepower to compete with the Chicago Bears, which is why the Bears are the free wager favorites for this Sunday afternoon game.

If you know anything about the Chicago Bears this season, it is that they have won the majority of their games by playing excellent defense through all four quarters. There are few teams in the league that can tout a defense as stingy as the Bears. Brian Urlacher is having another fantastic season, and he is establishing a legacy in the city of Chicago with each game that passes. Charles Tillman has also been very good in the secondary for Chicago, as he has accounted for three interceptions and is third on the team in total tackles. The Bears will impart their defensive ways on the New York Jets in order to get the free bet victory.

Enjoy here Chicago Bears vs.Minnesota Vikings live nfl football match 2010 season

It appears Favre is about to begin a different sort of streak this week, as the sprained shoulder the legendary quarterback suffered in a Week 13 victory over Buffalo isn’t expected to heal sufficiently enough to allow him to play on Monday. Backup Tarvaris Jackson is definitely out after landing on injured reserve Thursday with a sprained toe he sustained in the loss to the Giants, meaning the Vikings will likely put the offense in the hands of unproven rookie Joe Webb.

Webb, an athletic sixth-round pick of Minnesota in April’s draft who rushed for over 1,400 yards and 11 touchdowns during his senior year at UAB, completed 2- of-5 passes for eight yards and added a 16-yard scramble after taking over for Jackson in the latter stages of last week’s setback. His understudy for Monday’s matchup will be journeyman Patrick Ramsey, signed by the Vikings on Wednesday.

The raw 24-year-old’s first extended NFL action will come against a Chicago defense that’s been one of the league’s best this season, but was shredded for 475 total yards by Tom Brady and the high-powered New England Patriots last Sunday in a 36-7 thrashing at Soldier Field that ended the current NFC North leaders’ five-game unbeaten streak.

One of those wins came at the expense of the Vikings in Chicago during Week 10, with the Bears limiting their longtime rivals to 240 total yards and intercepting Favre three times en route to a 27-13 verdict.

Chicago does remain in good position in its quest for a first NFC North title and postseason appearance since 2006, and can clinch the division crown by defeating the Vikings and if second-place Green Bay loses at New England on Sunday. The Bears enter this week’s slate with a one-game edge on the Packers in the standings.

This is the Cougars 29th bowl appearance in school history in which they have won three of their last five. BYU finished the regular season 6-6, which was good for 3rd in the MWC. Despite starting the season 2-5 BYU was able to win four games in a row and almost upset Utah in order to earn it's sixth straight bowl berth. Jake Heaps has struggled for most of the season, but has improved towards the end of the year as he is completing 55% of his passes. BYU is ranked 46th in the country in running the ball averaging 164 yards a game lead by Junior running backs Bryan Kariya and JJ Di Luigi, who have 1,338 yards and 13 touchdowns combined. BYU's second option at wide receiver is Freshman Cody Hoffman who has 34 catches for 390 yards and four touchdown receptions. Watch Buffalo Bills vs.Miami Dolphins am football match live broadcast on 15 week 2010 season

The Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis will be rocking this Sunday when the 6-7 St. Louis Rams will play host to the 8-5 Kansas City Chiefs.

There will be a lot on the line as the Chiefs will be trying to hang on to their slim one game lead over San Diego in the AFC West and the Rams are currently tied with the rival Seattle for first in the NFC West.

Not only will each teams' respective division titles be in the balance, but there is also another prize that is up for grabs with this game.

That prize is none other than the Governor's Cup, and the winner will have obvious bragging rights until the two teams meet again.

This weekend's game will also mark the first regular season Governor's Cup meeting since the '06 season when KC handily defeated the Rams 31-17, also in St. Louis.

The Chiefs are heading into this game coming off of a 31-0 pounding at the hands of the aforementioned San Diego Chargers. They will be looking for a strong bounce-back effort in order to have a strong chance to seize their division.

The Rams come into the game on a similar note, as they were trounced by Drew Brees and the Saints last weekend to the tune of a 31-13 defeat. They will look to defend their home turf, a place where they have fared well this season with a record of 4-2.
107433663_crop_340x234 Rams QB Sam Bradford has been a big reason why his team has gone from worst to first in the NFC West and he will look to add to his 17 touchdowns against a young Chiefs defense on Sunday.
Christian Petersen/Getty Images

Kansas City still owns the NFL's best ground game, as they average an astonishing 165 yards per game in this department. Stopping KC's rushing attack is a must if the Rams want to win this game against their cross-state rivals.

The Chiefs run game will also become more important if starting QB Matt Cassel will not be able to play for the second straight game this Sunday.

Cassel, still on the mend from a recent appendectomy, needs to be in there or otherwise KC's offense is too one dimensional overall and this well spell doom for the Chiefs in this critical road game.

KC will also have to look out for Rams DEs James Hall and Chris Long, who lead the team with 7.5 and 6.5 sacks, respectively. If the Rams can duplicate the pressure that the Chargers had on the Chiefs last Sunday, it could be a long day for the Chiefs' passing offense.

On the other sideline, the Rams are lead by '10 first overall pick Sam Bradford and he has been quietly putting together a very solid rookie year.

The Rams main running threat is veteran Steven Jackson, who has gained over 1,000 yards and four rushing touchdowns for the season. Kansas City should look to bring up extra run support to help slow down Jackson and make the rookie signal-caller Bradford beat them with his arm.

Bradford and his offensive line will need to be on high alert for veteran KC linebacker Tamba Hali, who is one of the best pass-rushers in the league as he is currently tied for third in the NFL with 11 sacks.
